President to use executive order for wall funds
We’re starting to figure out why the President tweeted $23 billion for border funding last night.
He is expected to sign the deal to insure no shutdown come Friday. The deal has $1.37 billion in border funding.
The President would pursue an executive order to reallocate federal funds to barrier projects. He can also declare a national emergency and use funds to build the wall, but executive order could be the avenue he uses.
What the Democrats will do to stop it, of course, is the next domino to fall.

The president doesn’t need an EO, there is already law in place to enforce the funds:
10 U.S. Code § 284 – Support for counterdrug activities and activities to counter transnational organized crime.
(4) The establishment (including an unspecified minor military construction project) and operation of bases of operations or training facilities for the purpose of facilitating counterdrug activities or activities to counter transnational organized crime of the Department of Defense or any Federal, State, local, or tribal law enforcement agency within or outside the United States.
(5) Counterdrug or counter-transnational organized crime related training of law enforcement personnel of the Federal Government, of State, local, and tribal governments, including associated support expenses for trainees and the provision of materials necessary to carry out such training.
(6) The detection, monitoring, and communication of the movement of—
(A) air and sea traffic within 25 miles of and outside the geographic boundaries of the United States; and
(B) surface traffic outside the geographic boundary of the United States and within the United States not to exceed 25 miles of the boundary if the initial detection occurred outside of the boundary.
(7) Construction of roads and fences and installation of lighting to block drug smuggling corridors across international boundaries of the United States.

I would do it for the National Security that it’s a terrorist threat that we are allowing illegals in third world country the coming here in indoctrinate our Constitution and make not any good to them while they press their law Sharia law against us we are not having it

If Trump accepts the meager appropriations of $1.5 billion and does not take alternative action he is dead politically but by letting Democrats lay all their cards down. Trump can say “See I did the best I could but they would not cooperate so I have to do this to stop drug traffic illegals and gangs coming into the USA
